topic, system specs for running it at highYour guess for system specs for Quake wars?
I%26#39;d say something similiar to BF2042.Your guess for system specs for Quake wars?
http://quakewars.filefront.com/info/systemspecs that sound a little low for a game that looks top notch
That does look a little low, I guess the are going to do a lot of optimization.
i read that they have made it so low end systems can make it look good. he stated its not like BF 2 %26 2142 games. that megatextures help so the computer doesnt have to render all the resources.
http://quakewars.filefront.com/info/systemspecs that sound a little low for a game that looks top notch
no those are way off you%26#39;ll need something way better than that and read the date of the article is says march 2004
yeah i know thats why i put low, the fileplanet interviews been saying that the game is highly opt%26#39;ed for decent pc%26#39;s. :)
Well quake wars is the Doom 3 engine (To me the best looking engine out still) it%26#39;s just they released new tech (MegaTexture) for out-door invirments due to the Doom 3s lack of vast out door worlds.
u think the doom3 engine looks better then BF 2%26#39;s engine? that new unreal engine looks very good
u think the doom3 engine looks better then BF 2%26#39;s engine? that new unreal engine looks very good
The lighting and the way the actual game Doom 3 looks no game right now can match it besides gears of war which uses unreal 3.0 engine. But yeah I think it looks alot better then BF2 engine just not in out door scale. Just my opin on the game.
If you can run quake 4 pretty high you should be fine IMO
Those specs are completely wrong. Lol, Quake Wars will not run on 256 MB of RAM and a P3
Recommend requirement quess. Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz or faster256mb 7600GT or higher 1gb of ram8x CD/Dvd drive And many other little things.
thats what i was thinkin, i just posted it cause its so weird. hoping the game is opt%26#39;ed to be good for all pc%26#39;s.
