Help installing Zalman 9700

I need some help installing my Zalman. I have a socket 775 mobo. Directions kinda confused me. I have no clue where that metal clip thing goes either.Help installing Zalman 9700

Its rather simple, but you must take your motherboard out. Once you take it out put the backplate on and put the bracket that goes on the top get the 4 long scrws and screw it in. Then put thermal compound on your cpu, with that put the zalman on it, get the clip and put it on the zalman and screw it on both sides, it should inhale from the ram and exhale towards the exterior of your case.
I have one on an AMD 939 board and it is GREAT. Just follow the guide on the zalman website. A word of advice though (and some will probably disagree with me) but use the Zalman grease that comes with the 9700 instead of getting some Arctic Silver... they work about the same, but the Zalman stuff is MUCH easier to apply.
