Internet speeds for online gaming

You might want to aim a little higher if you%26#39;re having 3 computers at once, but for a LAN that doesn%26#39;t play against internet opponents it%26#39;ll be fine so long as you have a good router. Previously I had a DSL modem with 1000 or so DL and 100 or so UL. This was enough to play online games with little to no lag (depending on the server and game). I upgraded to cable with 6000DL and 400UL and now it%26#39;s better than ever and I can host games. Note, I couldn%26#39;t host games with 100UL; everyone would lag.
