My sound PROB !!

I bought CNC3 .. i played it its cool .. but there is a problem with the sounds and voices of the game .. i have a built in sound card .. so i desided thats the problem maybe its old .. so i got a new sound card blaster 5.1 .. exactly the problem is .. during game play .. i get all the sounds except the man who says : ( unit lost .. contruction complete ) .. that old guy since red alert2 .. NEED HELP please ! My sound PROB !!
sounds like a corrupt or missing game file try fully uninstalling and reinstalling if that doesnt work maybe its a known problem and theres a patch for it My sound PROB !!
i`ve done re-install many times but its the same problem .... i`ve tried the same CD on other pc the sound worked .. but not in mine  
Are you using a 4.1 (2.1) speakers %26 you change system sound settings to 5.1 ?That happen when you change system sound settings to 5.1 %26 using 4.1 (2.1) speaker system 
have you patched the game to latest patches
When you change to 5.1 system sound settings CnC 3 speech is coming out only from centre speaker.100/100 tested by me.That happen to me also when using 5.1 system sound settings. I changed system sound settings to 4.1 (I%26#39;m using 4.1 Speakers) 
No need to patch.Just change settings %26 you will be fine
How can i know my speakers settings or virsion ? ,, Can u tell me the steps to change it ? :)
In control panel goto multimedia (or something like that I don%26#39;t remeber the name Im using French)after that change speaker setup. 
there is only 5.1 and 7.1 and many others which one i choose ?
Chose 4.1 or 2.1
i only can get 5.1 and 7.1 .. and some other different
