Can someone please awnser my call for help. For some reason lately while playing videos the screen is really dark and hard to see i cant figure out how to get it to normal where i can watch a video. THanks for listeningDell Video Help!!
It might just be your brightness/contrast setting on your monitor, look for knobs or buttons on the monitor to adjust. Or it might be the settings in whatever program you use to watch videos, try searching around in the ''options''''preferences''or''setting'' usually found in the drop down tabs located near the top of the program screen Or the video card brightness may be set to low in video or overlay, right click on the desktop go to properties/settings/advanced.Dell Video Help!!
Did it work before? Has it ever worked? What OS? What Video Player? Is it video files or a DVD?
