you%26#39;ll be able to notice a big difference if u have good speakers or a nice set of headphones. This is primarily because DAC%26#39;s have gotten more advanced and accurate at reproducing sound. So if u have a good set of speakers or high quality headphones upgrade and if u dont i suggest getting one of the above first before u invest in a good soundcard. just something to think about...
