Why not 8500GT Why??

So, Im getting a card on Monnday :), Im chosing between the 7600GT and 8500GT. Many people told me stick with the 7600GT, My question is why stick with it? My 300 PSU meets the 8500GT perfect but doesnt meet the 7600GT because its min is 350watts. But ppl still say Stick with the 7600GT cuz its better. Why is it better then the new 8500GT with DX10, Why is an older card better then a new card?? I dont get it. Why not 8500GT Why??
Well the 7600GT crushes the 8500GT don%26#39;t waste money on it. Go with the 8800GTS 340MB if your on a budget save a bit.Why not 8500GT Why??
bcoz 8500GT has only 16 Stream Processors.8600GT  has 32 8600GTS has 328800GTS has 968800GTX has 128 
what PSU do you have it should be able to handle the 7600gt
I got a 300 Watt CPU. I can only offord the 7600GT or 8500GT, I just dont get why a new card is worse than a old card.What Should i get for the 300 PSU i got.?AMD atholon 64 X2 4200+, Vista, 1GB RAM, Nvida Geforce 6150SE
the 7600gt should work on a 300w PSU.

7600gt is better then the 8500gt. I guess it%26#39;s like the diff between a stripped down but brand new car and a standard packaged but one year old car. Sure that stripped down car has the lastest year (8 series) but I would rather have power everything ect ect :)
it good if u have vista and dont mind med hig settings im getting the leadtek version for my little computer I have a 8800 for my mani if not get a 8600gt oly 30dollars more
