Will a 400watt psu be enough for this?

AMD athlon 64 X2 3800+2gb Crucial pc2-6400 cl4ATI x1950proIf you need me to tell you anything else just ask.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.Will a 400watt psu be enough for this?

yeah i thought that but just wondering what is a better make coolermaster or thermaltake because they both have 500w for about the same price?
Yes it would, but if you have the money go for a 500w or something in between.
Although wattage is important, you should be more concerned about calculating the amperage draw based on your components and then choosing the right power supply to match.

If is a brand name 400W PSU than it will be more than enough for x3800+ and x1950 pro. But if is  noname  PSU  than  it will suport approximate 250W. My old Powerlink 450W noname PSU has 260W.
u can a 400 watt psu. u just need decent rails off of the 12V
