Before we can get started with helping you fix your USB problem there is some additional information we will need first.
- Do you get an error message when the device is connected to your PC? If so, what is it (the more specific the better)?
- What operating system are you using (If using Windows 2K or XP please include the service pack information)?
- What Brand and model of Motherboard are you using?
- What Brand/Model of MP3 player, phone, mouse are you using?
- Have you checked for updated Chipset drivers for you Motherboard?
- Have you checked with the Manufacturer of your Motherboard/OS/USB devices to see if there are any known compatability issues?
